07:45 · this morning

Last night, the engine worked.

One overnight pass. While you slept: prospects found, dossiers built, proposals drafted and quality-checked. Emails went out on a schedule. Social replies were drafted and queued for you to approve in the morning — nothing posts without you.

Intelligence layer

Send-only tools blast a list.
The engine thinks first.

Four layers that turn a contact list into a working pipeline. Every message is written from real research on that one prospect — not a mail merge with their first name dropped in. This is the intelligence layer — not another sequencer: it plugs into the sending you already own.

01Dossier

A research file on every prospect, first.

Before a word gets drafted, the engine builds a dossier: tech stack, rough ad spend, review sentiment, open roles, the decision-maker's name and verified email. Which means the first line lands on something real about them — not a guess dressed up as personalisation.

02Signals

It reaches out when intent shows up.

The engine watches Indeed for hiring signals, Reddit and Twitter for people venting about a competitor, Google Maps for review-pattern shifts. A prospect who shows intent today jumps the queue — and gets a message that names the trigger, by morning, while it still matters.

03Quality gate

Nothing below 70 ever leaves.

A second model grades every draft on relevance, tone, and brand fit before it leaves for your inbox to send. Score under 70 and the draft is binned and rewritten from a fresh dossier pull. Which means the weak ones never reach a real inbox to burn the domain you own — and per prospect, it picks video or text, whichever lands.

Talk to your pipeline. It talks back.

Hive sits inside the engine, always on. Ask it by chat or voice — 'how many drafts are waiting on me?', 'why did sends drop yesterday?' — and it answers from your live state, not a help doc. Tell it to pause sending, set a daily cap, or approve the top three drafts, and it does it on the spot. No dashboard hunt, no settings page. You run the whole thing in a sentence.

Your whole outbound desk — one window.

Discovery, drafting, sending and replies — run from a real desktop you can talk to. Here is what you get inside.

  • engine.desktop

    A real windowed desktop

Your whole outbound desk is a mini-OS in the browser — draggable windows, app tabs, a launcher. Discovery, drafts and replies side by side, so you stop juggling nine tabs to run one campaign.

  • Hive

    Hive chat assistant

Hive reads your live engine state and acts on it — pause sending, set daily caps, approve drafts — from chat or voice, so you run the desk by asking, not clicking.

  • Conversations inbox

Every sent email and reply in one thread — no tab-hopping to find who answered. Reply, send a template, or stop the sequence in a single tap.

  • Per-prospect video proposals

A personalised proposal page — and a short video — built for each prospect, so the pitch speaks to their business, not a generic blast.

  • Lead-finder discovery

Paid, verified-email discovery of named decision-makers. Pay-as-you-go credits — top up when you want more, idle when you don't.

  • Jobs-as-discovery

Finds companies hiring right now and opens with that signal — you reach them while the need is live, not weeks after they've solved it.

No fairy tales

What it actually does

We label every channel by exactly how much is automated — because the fastest way to lose you is to overclaim. So here is the honest map.

Live · autonomous

Email

Production-grade email sent through your OWN connected inbox — Google Workspace, Outlook, or your own SMTP. The engine writes every message keyed to a real signal; your sending delivers it. You own deliverability, no warmup wait, no new domains, no shared reputation.

LinkedIn + Reddit

The agent writes drafts grounded in real signals and drops them into your PWA inbox. You read, tweak, and tap to post — nothing goes out until you say so. Every social touch carries your name, so it gets your sign-off first.

Signal-driven outreach

Every message is keyed to a real buying signal — a fresh hire, a live ad campaign, recent news — so the opener earns a reply instead of a delete. No blasting cold lists, no generic openers.

  • Hiring intent
  • Live ad spend
  • Recent news

No autonomous YouTube, Instagram, or Facebook posting. Nothing on social ships without your sign-off. We’d rather under-promise and over-deliver.

Agentic content engine

Get cited in AI answers, not just ranked on Google

The same engine that runs your outbound also researches a topic, writes a GEO-optimized article, and publishes it on a hosted page — so when your buyers ask an AI instead of searching, your answer is the one it quotes.

01

Researches, then writes

Hand it a topic and the engine does the reading first — then writes a long-form article structured the way AI answer engines actually pull from: clear claims, direct answers, and the supporting context a model needs to quote you with confidence.

  • Topic in, article out
  • GEO-optimized structure
  • Written to be quoted
02

Publishes to a hosted page

Each article ships to its own hosted, indexable page — no CMS to wire up, no developer in the loop. Search crawlers and AI answer engines can both reach it from the moment it goes live.

  • Hosted page per article
  • Indexable on publish
  • No CMS setup
03

Credit-metered autopilot

It runs alongside your outbound on the same engine — credit-metered, so you spend exactly when an article is produced. Queue your topics and let it build the library while you sleep.

  • Pay per article
  • Runs on autopilot
  • Same engine, one bill
You stay in control

It works while you sleep — but never behind your back.

The three things people worry about most, answered straight.

Won't sound like a bot

Every message is grounded in a real buying signal the engine found, and a Claude-powered quality gate rejects anything scoring below 70 before it can send — so spam-grade copy never goes out, even while the strategy is still tuning.

You own deliverability

It sends through your own Google, Outlook, or SMTP — or warmed inboxes from a partner. We never send from our own reputation, so your sending health stays in your hands and your tools. Your inbox, your domain, your reputation — no warmup wait, no shared sending.

You stay in control

Email runs on its own once you connect it. LinkedIn, Reddit, and social go out only as drafts you approve in the app — nothing posts without your say-so.

Comparative proof

What the other tools leave on the floor.

They send. SignalEngine is the intelligence layer that plugs into the sending you already own. Eight rows, five columns, every cell spelling out what you get so you can read the difference at a glance.

Case study

From a tab for every tool to one dashboard.

A UK lead-gen shop swapped its whole outbound stack for SignalEngine and got its evenings back.

POWLEADS· case-study #001
UK · marketing automation

The lead-gen shop that fired its own outbound stack.

James Taylor runs PowLeads out of Crawley, West Sussex. The shop sells marketing automation to agencies, runs a done-for-you funnel service, and trains agency owners through PowAcademy. He sells outbound for a living, so the bar for his own pipeline tool was high.

Before SignalEngine, PowLeads ran outbound the way most shops at that scale do: cold email through one sender, LinkedIn through a separate tool, a Reddit and Quora pass by hand on Fridays, and a VA dragging Google Maps lists into a CRM. A wall of tools, a wall of logins, nothing shared across channels. The team spent more time minding the stack than working the pipeline.

Outbound moved onto SignalEngine and the stack collapsed into one dashboard. Every channel ran from one place, with the quality gate sitting between the AI and the send button. Social outreach landed as drafts the team approved before anything went out. Buying-signal detection meant they only reached out when there was a reason to, never on a fixed cadence. The hive mind learned what worked across instances and fed the patterns back into PowLeads' sequences, no one rewriting copy.

James kept his agency clients on PowLeads. He moved his own outbound to SignalEngine. That line is the case study.

The math

Six line items, or one.

Right now you run Apollo for the database, Clay or Lusha for enrichment, Reply.io for sequences, Phantombuster for LinkedIn, and a VA to stitch it together. Six tabs, six logins, six renewal dates, and you still wire the handoffs by hand. SignalEngine is the intelligence layer that does the whole thinking job on one bill, then sends through your own inbox. Keep your tools, add the brain.

What operators say

Built for the people who own the number.

Founders, fractional CMOs, and heads of growth describe what changed when they stopped renting a stack of tools and started running one engine.

We already ran outbound for clients. SignalEngine let us run it for ourselves without adding headcount. One dashboard, drafts we approve before anything sends, and an agent that learns from what gets replies.

FAQ
Sending & deliverability· 3 questions

No warmup wait. SignalEngine is the intelligence layer — not another sequencer — so it sends through your own sending: connect Google Workspace, Outlook, or your own SMTP and the engine starts drafting and sending at the pace your inbox already supports. There are no lookalike domains to register and no multi-week ramp to sit through. You own deliverability, so your sending stays paced to your inbox's limits. DM and social channels still follow a stricter draft-then-approve ramp because a DM ban can cost you the account — you approve every social post, and nothing gets auto-blasted.

Your inbox, your domain, your reputation. The engine never sends from our own reputation — we're the brain, not the pipes. It plugs into the inbox you already trust (Google Workspace, Outlook, or your own SMTP), so every send carries your real sender identity and you own deliverability end to end. Because the quality gate scores each message before it goes out, the weak ones never reach a real inbox to burn your domain. If you'd rather isolate your primary, bring your own sending — including warmed inboxes from a partner — and point the engine at those instead.

Compliance runs on the sending you already own. Because the engine sends through your connected Google Workspace, Outlook, or SMTP, your existing SPF, DKIM, and DMARC alignment carries every message — you keep your own deliverability posture, we don't sit in the path. Every outbound email still carries a List-Unsubscribe header (one-click compliant), and the engine runs MX-based ESP detection on each recipient so you can read Gmail vs Outlook deliverability splits in your stats. Keep your tools, add the brain.

Compliance & data· 3 questions

Yes. Prospect records, message logs, and dossier data live in Convex hosted in eu-west-1 (Ireland). You are the data controller for prospects you import or that the engine discovers; we are the processor. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request. Authentication runs through Clerk, your outbound sends through the inbox you connect (your own Google Workspace, Outlook, or SMTP), transactional/system email runs through Resend, and your engine container runs on a Hetzner VPS in Nürnberg, Germany.

Yes. Delete an individual prospect from the prospect CRM. For a full wipe, the settings page has a Danger Zone: type your brand name to confirm, schedule deletion, and the engine flips to pending_deletion with a 7-day grace window in case you change your mind. After the grace ends, a daily cron cascades the delete across every related table (actions, stats, prospects, messages, campaigns) and schedules your Stripe subscription to cancel at period end.

We do not sell or rent prospect lists. The engine discovers prospects from public sources (Google Maps, LinkedIn, Indeed job listings, Firecrawl-driven web search) and enriches contacts through a verification cascade — the Apify Lead Finder and Prospeo return verified personal decision-maker emails, with website scraping, LinkedIn lookups, pattern-guessing and SMTP/Debounce verification as fallbacks. Because outbound goes through the inbox you connect, every email carries your true sender identity and an unsubscribe link, which keeps you CAN-SPAM compliant on the sending you already own. For UK and EU recipients, PECR's B2B carve-out applies; opt-outs are honoured immediately and stored in a per-instance unsubscribe table.

Integrations· 3 questions

Not yet, natively. The engine runs as its own CRM today: a prospect table with dossier, signal score, and contact source, plus a Gmail-style email hub for replies. You can export prospects and conversations as CSV, and the HTTP API exposes prospect, action, and message endpoints to push them into your existing CRM. Native two-way HubSpot and Salesforce sync is on the roadmap. If it is a hard requirement, ask sales for the current status before you sign.

Phone, yes, today. The Engine App is a PWA you install from the onboarding email. When a prospect is marked HOT (a positive reply or a tracked click on a proposal page), the engine sends a Web Push notification to your home screen with a tap-through to that prospect. Slack is not a built-in destination yet, but the HTTP API and the HOT trigger hook make it a small piece of glue.

Yes — that's the whole model. SignalEngine is the brain, not the pipes: you bring your own sending (Google Workspace, Outlook, your own SMTP, or Litemail) and the engine sends through the inbox you already trust. We never send from our own reputation, so you own deliverability. Connect the mailbox once and the engine drafts and sends from it; you read and reply to threads inside the email hub, which groups conversations the way Gmail does. Prefer to isolate a mailbox for outbound? Plug in a dedicated one — or buy warmed inboxes from a partner — and point the engine at it.

Support & onboarding· 3 questions

Connect your inbox and send today — no warmup wait. The Stripe webhook provisions your container on a Hetzner VPS in minutes. The setup wizard takes about 10 minutes (website, niche, target cities, channels, ICP, plan, review) and you connect your own sending — Google Workspace, Outlook, or your own SMTP — instead of registering domains or pasting DNS. Discovery and enrichment begin in the first 20-minute cycle, and because the engine sends through the inbox you already trust, email goes out at the pace your own sending supports. Social drafts (Reddit, LinkedIn) land in your approval queue the same day for you to review and post from the app — you approve every social post.

The engine watches reply rate, bounce rate, and channel-level performance every cycle. If a channel drifts, the queen agent (a weekly cross-instance meta-agent) proposes new search queries and angles in your settings for one-click approval. A Claude-powered quality gate rejects anything scoring below 70 before it sends, so you never get spam-grade messages while the strategy is still tuning. If something looks off, pause in one click, or chat with your engine inside the dashboard to reconfigure on the fly.

Both. Email support reaches a human on a best-effort basis, usually within a business day. The in-dashboard chat is your engine itself: ask it to add a city, switch a channel, change strategy, or explain why it skipped a phase, and it makes the change as a config mutation. For deliverability or DNS edge cases, we bring a human in directly.

Managed plans (Launch, Growth, Scale) get a 72-hour trial at full features, capped at 20 emails and 30 social drafts a day — enough to see the engine work end-to-end without opening the door to abuse. Agency Unlimited (BYOK) gets 7 days at full capacity, with a 48-hour grace window to upload your Gemini and OpenRouter keys. A card is required upfront on both, and there are no surprise charges: when the trial ends you carry on with the plan you picked, or you cancel and we stop.

Yes. One click pauses; one click resumes. Pipeline data, prospect history, and conversation threads all stay put — and because you send through your own inbox, your deliverability and sender reputation were always yours and are never affected by a pause. If the engine stops for any other reason, a health alert tells you. Billing keeps running while paused unless you cancel or schedule deletion.

Cancellation runs through the self-serve Danger Zone: type your brand name, schedule deletion, and a 7-day grace starts so you can roll it back. After grace, a daily cron cascades the delete across all engine tables, and your Stripe subscription cancels at period end (no mid-cycle refund, no extra charge). Your sending was always yours — it's your own Google, Outlook, or SMTP inbox, so cancelling SignalEngine never touches it; you simply disconnect the engine and keep your tools. For a clean exit, export your prospects and conversation history as CSV before the grace expires.
