Your commission is calculated as 50% of contribution margin on every invoice a referred customer pays. Contribution margin = revenue minus Stripe fees minus the direct cost of delivering that plan (LLM costs, infrastructure). Real math, shown to you per invoice in your ledger.

FAQ
How long does commission keep paying?▼
12 months from each referred customer's first real charge. If they stay longer than 12 months they still pay, you just stop earning on them. New referrals reset that 12-month window for each new customer you send.
What if my referred customer cancels or refunds?▼
Commissions are pending for the first 30 days (our hold period). A refund during that window voids the commission outright. A refund or chargeback AFTER 30 days deducts the commission from your next payout. Your balance can go temporarily negative — it's reconciled against new commissions automatically.
When do I get paid?▼
Monthly by bank transfer. Commissions that passed the 30-day hold are batched into a payout draft. We mark it paid with a bank reference so you can reconcile on your side.
Does the customer know I referred them?▼
Yes — your business name appears in a small banner at the top of the page they land on, and again in a strip above the pricing cards. They also get 10% off their first charge via a real Stripe promotion code. This is the 'your introduction unlocked something' pattern, not a hidden tracking cookie.
Can I refer myself or an existing customer?▼
No. The system blocks self-referrals automatically. Existing customers who already have an active subscription cannot be claimed retroactively with a code.
What's the minimum payout?▼
No minimum for v1 — we pay out any approved balance monthly. We may introduce a £25 floor if bank transfer fees start outweighing small payouts.
Is there a cap on earnings or customers?▼
No cap. Refer one or refer one thousand — the 50% rate is the same. We adjust per-partner rates only by mutual agreement (e.g. for huge-volume partners wanting even more aggressive terms).
How do I apply?▼

Is this available outside the UK?▼
Yes. Commission accrues in the currency the customer pays (GBP, USD, or EUR). We pay you in the currency you chose at signup.
